Toronto’s beloved summer tradition of free movies in the park is officially back! Toronto Outdoor Picture Show (TOPS) begins this Thursday, June 22nd.
There will be 21 films to see this summer and they will be played at four public spaces around the city — Fort York, Corktown Common, Bell Manor Park, and Christie Pits Park.
The season is kicking off with five nights of free movies at Fort York National Historic Site until Monday, June 26th.
Eats and treats will be offered as of 7 PM and the show starts at sundown at around 9 PM.
This year’s program theme is called “Another World.”
The films will transport audiences to a “myriad of different worlds, from unique microcosms of the everyday to fantastical spaces of the imagination,” according to the festival.
