It’s not every day that you come across a downtown condo that feels like stepping into a modern cottage in the woods. This Toronto loft for sale is exactly that, and it’s every bit as gorgeous as you think it is.
According to the listing, the home is located in the “highly-coveted and rarely offered” Argyle Lofts, just steps from Trinity Bellwoods, the Ossington Strip, and Queen St West.
The 1500-square-foot loft has a south-east-facing view, with oversized picture windows that provide views of gorgeous tree canopies in every direction.

Soaring 17-foot ceilings give the loft an extra-spacious feel as if you’ve stepped into a stylish Muskoka cottage. All that’s missing is a view of the lake, but the waterfront trails at Trillium Park are just a 30-minute walk away.
The home has two bedrooms plus a den, which can easily be converted into a home office or gym.
As you might expect for a rare and stunning property like this one, it doesn’t come cheap. The listing price is currently set at $1,549,000.
