There’s a massive expo coming to Toronto for all things gaming

Gamers, get ready. The Toronto Game Expo is around the corner and it’s time to start getting excited for over 500 exhibitor tables, free console games, an artist valley, free arcade games and sweet raffle prizes.

Here’s what to know before you go.

According to The Toronto Game Expo, this exciting event will have “the most games under one roof.” Whether you’re into video games, board games, or arcade games, this will be a can’t miss experience.

The expo runs from March 29 to 30 at Exhibition Place’s Queen Elizabeth Building on the city’s west end.

There will also be game tournaments with cash prizes to be won. Tournaments include Smash Bros Melee & Ultimate, Duck Hunt, Pokemon and Mario Kart 8.

General admission starts at $28 but there are VIP upgrades that go up to $200. The top tier comes with:

  • 9:00 AM entry to wait in an exclusive Super VIP waiting area on Saturday and Sunday
  • First access to the exhibitor floor at 9:45 AM on Saturday and Sunday
  • TGE Tote Bag filled with 20 raffle tickets, coupons, stickers, and many other fun surprises
  • Exclusive TGE Lanyard
  • Exclusive TGE Hat
