The Dine Strathcona food festival is back for the third year in a row! From now until the end of the month, you can enjoy delicious eats while supporting a local non-profit, which we absolutely see as a win-win situation. Curious about it? Here’s what you can expect.
A total of 19 businesses have joined in this year, and while they’re all worth a visit, we do have some early favourites. Grab a Chicken Parm Sandwich from the recently opened spot Burdy, try some new beans courtesy of Harken Coffee, or go all out with a sea urchin parfait dish from the folks at The Mackenzie Room.

What’s more, no matter what you pick, for each special meal purchased as part of Dine Strathcona, $5 will be donated to the HAVE Culinary Training Society, which helps disadvantaged members of the community learn about, and find a job in, the tourism and hospitality industry.
Like we said, this setup is a win-win. Not only do you get some special options from amazing local businesses, but doing so supports an organization that’s helping the community! For more information, just click the link below.
