This home is the minimalist’s dream, it features modern aesthetics with PNW necessities like floor to ceiling windows. And of course, because it’s located off of Alki Ave, it has stunning sound views. Not to mention, this home has multiple terraces for enjoying the beautiful Seattle summers.

And at over 3,000 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, it’s pretty perfectly sized. Plus you do have some outdoor space on those previously mentioned terraces. And there’s even a hot tub on one of them. Can you imagine ending your day with a soak in the hot tub overlooking the Puget Sound? That sounds pretty much perfect if you ask us.
We have to say we like how up and down this house is instead of sprawling. After all, it gives us the amazing detail of the exposed staircase as well as intentionally thought-out rooms. For example the main living area with an open concept and a large bookshelf or display.
So if you’re ready to get out of the heart of Seattle we highly recommend taking a peek at this home. And as we mentioned earlier, it is on the pricey side.
