Have you picked your pumpkins yet this fall? If you haven’t, there’s a farm in Kent that you need to stop by. Why? Because it was just ranked one of the best pumpkin patches in the nation by Yelp.
Drumroll please… the honor goes to none other than Carpinito Brothers Farms! The ranking included 26 farms across both the US and Canada. With regards to the ranking system, Yelp “identified the top pumpkin patches in each state then ranked those spots using a number of factors including the total volume and ratings of reviews between January 1, 2001, and August 9th, 2021.”
Our local winner, Carpinito Brothers Farms, has been operating in Kent Valley for over 50 years and started as a small family business. Today, the farm has 800 acres and sells all sorts of veggies perhaps most notably, pumpkins.

If you decide to head out to the farm to pick pumpkins you’ll find all shapes, colours, and sizes. Who knows, you might just go home with a massive pumpkin. But there’s a lot more to see than just the pumpkins here, this year you can enjoy a Huskies vs. Cougars-themed corn maze, hayrides, farm animals, and fresh eats straight from the farm.
So get out there and pick some pumpkins or enjoy the daily produce market that the farm offers. You can see the full list by clicking here and learn more about the farm by clicking below.
