One of the many negative aspects of the ongoing COVID-19 crisis has been the closure of some of Toronto’s favourite businesses and restos. Back in March, Kensington Market said goodbye to a favourite. Thanks to concerns caused by the pandemic, Tortería San Cosme shuddered their doors. Well, now they’re back and better than ever. This time, in pop-up form.
So the spot has long been known for its authentic Mexican-style tortería. These are tasty sandwiches cooked on a griddle and stuffed with loads of traditional, flavourful fillings. Folks would come from all over the city to feast on these scrumptious sandwiches, as well as other favourites like guac, quesadillas, and churros.

So hit up this new/old Toronto fave and feast on all they’ve got to offer. We know we’ll be stopping by sometime soon!
