We’re big fans of classic Seattle homes so we had to include this one in our Home of the Week. This 1911 Craftsman has gardens, a view, and is right next to Leschi-Lake Dell Natural Area. So you get old world charm with an unbeatable location.

Home of the Week: 319 Randolph Ave

home of the week

This Leschi home has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2,900 square feet of space. Plus it’s managed to retain pretty much all of its heritage charms over the past 100+ years. And it even had a full and extensive kitchen rebuild done in 2018/19. So you don’t have to worry about living too much in the past.

Beyond the charm of this home, we’re big fans of its location. It’s out of the main hustle and bustle of Seattle while still being central enough. And you really can’t go wrong with the views of both the Cascade Mountains and Mount Rainier. After all, you might as well have a view when you live in a city this beautiful.

Plus this feels like a home where much doesn’t need to be done. You can just bring your desired furnishings and call it good. And that can be hard to find these days, especially with older houses that have been tweaked with too much. So it’s pretty safe to say that this house is a gem.
