Awarded to only 1% of all hotels globally, The Malcolm was chosen, not by a room of tough critics with a list of statistics, but by real people who have actually stayed, played and experienced each inn.

In our opinion, it’s really these opinions that should matter most and after combing through millions of reviews, their decision was pretty clear.

With many were eager to point out was great service, fantastic food, responsive staff, and beautiful views, the mountain chateau is the only one in Alberta to receive their esteemed honour – and heck they’ve even got the virtual badge to prove it on their page!

“This is a true testament to our incredible team that consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our guests are provided with Legendary service,” said The hotel’s General Manager, Andrew Shepherd, in a release.

“Despite the challenging times we have faced, our team has continued to provide a welcoming, safe, and memorable experiences. I cannot thank the team enough for their hard work, which has led to this achievement,” he continued – to which we say, bravo!
