This Canadian company sells latte mixes packed with superfoods

Tasting something delicious (and full of health benefits) sound like your thing? Well then listen up, Toronto… ‘cause you’re going to wanna find out more about Blume

Blume is a Canadian company with a pretty awesome goal: to make adding nutritious products into your life as simple, delicious, and stress free as possible. So how’re they doing it?

They’ve created a line of blends that are nutritionally dense and packed with superfoods. These blends are perfect for lattes, baking, and even cooking! Let’s face it, navigating the health scene can be pretty freakin’ complicated, and Blume wants to change it.

When it comes to healthy blends, Blume has it all. From relaxation, recovery, detoxifying, and energising, they carry a wide range of delicious blends to fit into any lifestyle (and suit any tastes). We’re talkin’ a Turmeric Blend that works to support the immune system, healthy joints and glowing skin, a Matcha Coconut Blend perfect as a coffee swap, a Beetroot Blend for workout recovery and heart health, and so much more! They’ve even just released a new blend, Rose London Fog, to work as an anti-inflammatory and skin-completion booster!

So, if you’re thinking the only way to get a perfect latte is by makin’ a stop at Starbs? Think again. Blume’s superfood latte blends are made in just three easy steps.

Step 1

In a mug, whisk together 1tsp Blume blend of choice, ⅛ cup hot water and ½ tsp maple syrup (optional)

Step 2

Add 1 cup of hot or cold milk of choice. (For best results, froth the milk until fluffy and cloud-like!)

Step 3

Enjoy! Yep, it’s that easy.

Although their blends make some game-changing lattes, Blume’s products can also be used in tons of different ways. From smoothies to baking to soups, and even in those ultra-trendy baked oat recipes. Their easy absorption makes them the perfect addition to take any recipe to the next level. Not sure where to start? Don’t worry, they hook every customer up with a free 80-page recipe book with every order (check out their Pink Chai Pancakes and thank us later!)

Ready to give ‘em a try? Grab a latte or a blend at a cafe or store near you, or shop their selection directly on their website!
