Pumpkin spice, and everything nice. From pie to beer and milkshakes, Calgary’s favourite restaurants, bars and breweries have come up with some wild October must-tries – but this next one is something else. Until the end of this month, hungry fall lovers can pop into Soffrito at Granary Road, for their limited time Roasted Kale and Pumpkin Pizza.
This festive bad boy was actually created for the fun-farm and market’s Pumpkin Fest, which took place last weekend. However, due to, what we can only assume was popular demand, it will be sticking around until October 31st.

Topped with Soffrito’s incredible pizza sauce, cheese, roasted kale and of course, slivers of gourd, this autumnal thin-crust creation, is a one of a kind bite that you’ll honestly have to much to believe.
No, it’s certainly not for everyone, but it’s worth trying. No harm, no foul and also it’s one heck of a conversation starter because honestly, what in the hell?!
Consider us intrigued, Soffrito… Well played.
