We’re up for another fabulous weekend in the city! This week flew by, but hey, we’re not complaining. Luckily, there are tons of things to do in Toronto this weekend that will make you want to head out and get some fresh air.

Billie Eilish pop-up

Launching the same day her concert movie hits theatres, fans can experience the pop-up starting Friday, May 8. It’ll run for the entire weekend until Sunday, May 10.

Toronto Tulip Day

The Consulate General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Toronto will hand out 15,000 tulips to the public.

According to Netherlands in Canada on Instagram, the flowers represent the Netherlands’ enduring gratitude to Canada and the strong bond they share today.

The annual event commemorates the anniversary of the liberation of the Netherlands during the Second World War.

Time: Noon to 3 p.m. (or until tulip supplies run out)

Toronto Flower Market

Just in time for Mother’s Day, Toronto’s annual market of all things green and floral is coming to Queen Street West on Saturday, May 9.

From stunning greenery to brightly coloured bouquets, the outdoor market showcases the most stunning displays of Mother Nature’s creations. Expect to find stunning grown flowers, plants, vases, and even honey. “Come early if you want the best picks (you do!), bring a tote, bring someone you love or find them there,” shares TFM on an Instagram post.

The Archive Spring Market

The Archive Market is bringing more than 15 carefully selected vendors to its upcoming sale on Saturday, May 9. Shoppers can expect to find vintage clothing, women’s wear, Y2K fashion, and unique jewellery as they browse the market offerings.

Asian Heritage Month Celebration

In partnership with Toronto City Councillor Lily Cheng and the Chinese Cultural Centre of Greater Toronto (CCCGT), The Welcome Market is launching its biggest venture yet.

The now-expanded two-day Asian Heritage Month Celebration will showcase over 90 different Asian-owned small businesses, offering everything from food, retail, and art to drinks and vintage goods.
