Ready for another fantastic week, Toronto? If the weather is anything like last week, we’re in for a treat. From theatre shows to exciting events and fun experiences, Toronto has plenty to offer. To help you plan, we’ve rounded up the best things to do in Toronto. Get ready for a fun-filled week!

Shrek Trivia

Hey now, you’re an all-star. Get your game on, go play… TRIVIA! Are you a huge Shrek fan and find yourself rewatching the first two movies over and over again? Well, Hemingway’s Restaurant is hosting a trivia night in its swamp, and you’re invited. Grab your group of trusted friends (six max) and sign up online. It’s $10 plus tax per person.

Doors open right at 6 p.m., and the first round of questions starts at 7 p.m. There will be three rounds, 15 questions each. Stop by for dinner and enjoy Shrek-themed drinks. The top three teams win a Hem’s gift card. Don’t miss out!

Disney’s The Lion King

Disney’s The Lion King is ready for another week of shows! Tickets start at $49, with multiple shows to pick from.

When: Tuesday to Friday, June 10-13, 2025
Where: Princess of Wales Theatre – 300 King St. W.

BMO Free Wednesdays at Aga Khan Museum

The Aga Khan Museum has a “permanent collection of over 1,200 masterpieces and innovative performing arts and educational programming,” and on Wednesdays, you don’t need to worry about paying for admission.

The free admission promotion runs on Wednesdays during extended hours from 4 to 8 p.m.

Symphony in the Gardens

On Mondays and Tuesday evenings in the summer, Casa Loma’s gorgeous gardens turn into a concert venue as a live orchestra performs scores and songs.

It’s a wonderful experience whether you’re looking for a date night with a special someone or an evening with friends.

When: Monday and Tuesday, June 9 and June 10, 2025

Halsey: For My Last Trick

It feels like summer, especially with concerts at Budweiser Stage. Halsey will grace the stage this week, and tickets are still on sale.

OVO – Cirque du Soleil 

The big top is up, Toronto. Cirque du Soleil is gearing up as the OVO show continues this week.

The shows will run until late June.

When: Wednesday to Friday, June 11 to 13, 2025

Music in St. James Park

On Thursdays in the summer, there will be free live music in St. James Park.

Pull up a blanket and bring some snacks — it’s free to attend.

Grand National Tour: Kendrick Lamar and SZA

Whether you’re Team Kendrick or Team Drake, there’s no denying Kendrick Lamar and SZA’s Toronto concert is going to be hot! Tickets are still on sale and there’s plenty left.

Taste of Little Italy

Mark your calendars for June 13 to 15 because you don’t want to miss out on this beloved street fest.

According to the Little Italy website, the 2025 street fest will run along College from Bathurst to Shaw. During festival hours, the roads will be blocked off, so guests are free to roam the streets, visit vendors, dance, and mingle.

When: Friday to Sunday, June 13 to 15, 2025
Where: College Street from Bathurst Street to Shaw Street
Cost: Free

Face Pilates Spa Pop-Up

Treat yourself to a relaxing wellness experience at 1 Hotel Toronto this month with its Face Pilates Spa pop-up. Wellness expert and RMT Thom Tullo brings his signature 75-minute facial massage to the sustainable hotel until the end of June. The eight-step treatment includes a buccal massage, lymphatic drainage, cupping, microcurrent, and LED therapy to lift, tone, and rejuvenate all 43 facial muscles.

Booking is available only on Fridays and Saturdays, in a dedicated space in the lobby, next to 1 Kitchen.
