Happy last weekend of June, Seattle! And it is a busy one around here. From free movies to food festivals, you will have a few summer experiences to choose from this weekend. Center City Cinema- Cal Anderson Park 

There’s a Center City Cinema taking place on Friday at Cal Anderson Park. Here you can watch To Wong Foo, Thanks for everything! Julie Newmar. There will be food trucks on site.

Queer Pride Festival

Wrap up the month at Queer Pride Festival. On Friday, June 28, you can expect Santigold, La Goony Chonga, and Shea Couleé. Following that, on Saturday, June 29, Canada’s pop identical twins Tegan and Sara will he adline along with Perfume Genius and Juliette and the Licks.

As for the final day on Sunday, June 30th, Rico Nasty, Slayyyter, and Coco and Breezy will all take the stage.

The Taste NW

The Taste NW is described as “a melting pot of local and international cuisine, showcasing the best of what the South Sound has to offer.” Head to the free event that will have over 150 food and marketplace vendors, entertainment, comedy, and outdoor beer gardens.

Secret Cinema

If you love movies, chances are you have a list of faves, and you head to the theatre to check out new ones regularly. But did you know there is a “secret cinema” screening that takes place in Seattle? They are free, and it could lead you to your next favorite film!

Parké Diem

Parké Diem is a Seattle electronic music community tradition, and it’s returning this weekend. The lineup includes K+Lab, Sporadica, Kaviera, and Torbjorn (among others!).

Gobble Up SLU

The summer version of Gobble UP will be taking place at Lake Union Park. Enjoy the summer weather, an amazing view of the lake, and the chance to shop with over 75 fantastic foodie small businesses and food trucks.

Japan Fair 2024

Seattle Pride Parade 2024

Seattle’s 50th annual Pride Month celebration will close out with the annual Seattle Pride Parade on Sunday, June 30 in Westlake Park along 4th Avenue. Head out to see Washington’s largest parade and celebrate the over 250 local and national community groups, nonprofits, and companies.

PrideFest Seattle Center

One of the nation’s biggest Pride Festivals is back, and PrideFest is still 100% free for all. This weekend, you can follow the parade to the Seattle Center for hundreds of vendors, food and drink options, and entertainment on four stages!
