It’s a big week in Edmonton! This week, we will kick off with the JUNO Awards, and Downtown Dining Week returns, then we end with St. Patrick’s Day! Not only did the time change on Sunday, but we are now getting longer days – so why not head out and celebrate that? Here are the best things to do in Edmonton this week!
Hosted for the second year in a row by global superstar Simu Liu, The 52nd Annual JUNO Awards will take place on Monday, March 13, right here in Edmonton. You can watch as the biggest names in music come together at Rogers Place for the presentation of coveted JUNO awards, dazzling performances, and special appearances from Canada’s most notable personality.

New at Citadel Theatre this month is Pride and Prejudice. This modern take on Jane Austen’s most famous work will be taking the stage in Edmonton until April.

Shen Yun is an artistic revival and celebration of China’s rich cultural heritage. Expect each performance “to consist of about 20 pieces, quickly moving from one legend, region, or dynasty to the next. Themes range from the delicate elegance of Tang court ladies to the battlefield heroics of valiant generals, from the timeless philosophical works of Lao-Tzu to spectacular scenes of magical realms.”

Edmonton’s Downtown Dining Week 2023 runs from March 15 to 26. The event celebrates the flavour, innovation and resiliency of Downtown’s hospitality industry with multi-course menus at special prices.

The NOA Artwalk takes place from March 17th to 19th at Bonnie Doon Centre. The entire mall will be an art show and sale, and there will be live music!
