CELEBRATE ALBERTA DAY 2022

From September 1 to 3, celebrate everything that makes this province special. From live entertainment and a made-in-Alberta marketplace to beer gardens and activities for kids, there will be fun for the whole family in Edmonton! Events kick off on September 1, with fireworks and a concert with Brett Kissel on September 3.

This unforgettable musical is in Edmonton this weekend. “On September 11, 2001 the world stopped. On September 12, their stories moved us all.” This is probably the musical event of the season!

EAT AND DRINK AT THIS WEEKEND FESTIVAL

Check out the The Cocktails and Jerk Festival this weekend! Cocktails and Jerk is a “Caribbean themed food event, showcasing popular street foods and tropical cocktail beverages.” So, expect a variety of vendors, representing the best cuisine in the city, to be offering some delicious Caribbean dishes, from jerk chicken to fried plantains and more.

DOUBLE DOWN ON LOCAL ATTRACTIONS

TELUS World of Science and Fort Edmonton Park have teamed up to offer a 2 for 1 deal on general admissions, but you’re running out of time to take advantage of it!

ENJOY A SYMPHONY UNDER THE STARS

Ready to cap off the summer outside? Well, the Symphony Under the Stars series is sure to be worth the effort. This ongoing concert series takes place in Hawrelak Park, where you’ll get to hear the amazing Edmonton Symphony Orchestra live. Choose your ideal show from different times, and seatings.

WATCH THE WORLD DODGEBALL CHAMPIONSHIPS

If you can dodge a wrench… you can watch the World Dodgeball Championships! This weird (but completely legit) event is in Edmonton this week, and we think it’ll be well worth the price of admission to check out.

ENJOY THE EDMONTON AFRO X LATIN FESTIVAL

For the first time outdoor, the Edmonton Afro x Latin Fest returns with another unforgettable edition! Head out, watch the sunset, enjoy the music and get ready to dance.
