Another week is here! While we’re still holding out for balmy spring weather, at least we can enjoy the sunshine. If you’re looking for a few activities to sprinkle between your work days, Calgary has everything from hockey games to art exhibits. Calgary Flames Game

Cheer on the Flames at either one of their home games this week. They’ll be taking on the Seattle Kraken on Tuesday at 7 p.m. and the Dallas Stars on Thursday at 7 p.m. Get your jerseys ready.

City of Calgary Youth Hiring Fair

If you, or someone who lives with you, is between the ages of 15 and 24, The City of Calgary Youth Employment Centre (YEC) is hosting a free career fair. Mix and mingle with 80 different employers offering part-time, full-time, permanent and seasonal jobs.

When: Thursday, March 27, 2025, 1:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Eva Newman: In My Mind’s Eye

Get a taste of art and culture with “In my mind’s eye.” This exhibition in Marda Loop will feature new paintings, both acrylics and watercolours, centred on landscapes, still lifes and self-portraits from artist Eva Newman. It’s free to attend at cSPACE, which is open to the public from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday to Saturday.

Diva Royale Drag Queen Dinner Shows

Spring Carriage Rides

Celebrate spring break with the only horse-drawn carriage rides in Calgary.
