There is a new concept resto in Calgary that offers healthy options & meal prep, all at once

One of the many “joys” of adulting is that we never have the time to do things for ourselves or those we truly want to do. And to no one’s surprise, eating healthy and exercising top the ‘no time today, shall do tomorrow’ list. While the latter is something we can’t really help you with (not right now anyway), the former- eating healthy- is now a piece of cake, ironically so, thanks to Dedicate Healthy Kitchen. This popular Fort McMurray foodie haven with its many meal options has finally set up shop in YYC.

If you’re wondering why we’re going all gaga over a restaurant, here’s what you need to know- Dedicate Healthy Kitchen isn’t your usual run-of-the-mill restaurant. In fact, it wouldn’t be right to call it a restaurant alone ’cause in addition to its dine-in and take-out options, the kitchen also has a meal prep service. So, whether you want to eat out, eat in or channel your inner Gordon Ramsay, they’ve got you covered all the way.

Here comes an even better part- they have a menu that’s straight-up LIT. From carb-conscious recipes to vegan meals, the kitchen has something to suit every lifestyle. Given their mouthwatering appeal, it might be hard to digest this, but every recipe featured on the menu is nutritionally balanced and designed to support a healthy lifestyle. Whoever said ‘healthy food can’t taste as good as junk’ had clearly never been to Dedicate.

If you’re planning to try the meal prep service, now is a good time to do so. They’re offering free delivery for meal preps until December 31. There’s also an interesting points program which they claim is your reward for “dedication” (LOL). At least you now have a good reason to pick that new year’s resolution back up and do good to your body through a healthy diet.
