After almost a year of waiting, the first zipline of its kind in Canada is finally opening to visitors! The new Interzip Rogers zipline offers maybe the most unique way of interprovincial travel we’ve heard of. Why? Because you’ll be soaring over a river at around 40 kilometres an hour.

So Interzip Rogers is an unbelievably cool way to zip over Canada’s landmarks. Sorry, but we had to include the pun. The 425-meter-long twin cables take you on a one-of-a-kind journey from Ottawa to Gatineau. You’ll fly over Parliament Hill and its surroundings, all from a vantage point of 37 metres above the Ottawa River. Sounds wild, right?

This insane experience was originally slated to launch back in summer 2020. We don’t need to tell you why that kick-off was postponed. And besides, what’s important now is that you can finally plan your visit (as long as public health restrictions in your area don’t prevent it).

All you’ve got to do is head online this Saturday to access your tickets. Rides are retailing at $26.99 for kids and $36.99 for adults. Which really isn’t too bad when you consider how unique the experience is.

So if you want to fly like a bird from Ontario to Quebec, you’ve got to check out this amazing new activity.
