As the world slowly gets back to normal, some of our favourite attractions are finally reopening their doors. One that we’re extra excited about has got to be the Niagara Speedway at Clifton Hill. This iconic spot began welcoming guests last Friday (with COVID-19 guidelines of course), and just as you’d expect it’s got all the joy in the world zooming through its racetrack.

If you’re unfamiliar with the Niagara Speedway, let us give you the rundown. The speedway is a world-class go-kart track that spans a whopping four acres and over 2000 linear feet. It’s got four storeys of helical spiralled fun, followed by a two-tiered coaster-style ramp that runs into yet another spiral. The karts are powered by a large 4 stroke Honda motor, with 9HP and a max track speed of 32 km/hour. Yeah, this is wild.

Of course, this isn’t the only iconic Clifton Hill spot that began welcoming guests last week. You can also pay a visit to landmark attractions like the Niagara Skywheel, Dinosaur Adventure Golf, Great Canadian Midway, and more. Just be sure to review all the necessary pandemic safety guidelines before you book your visit.

If you’re looking for a day trip to remember, the amazing attractions at Niagara’s Clifton Hill might just be calling your name. Be sure to stay up to date online as more spots continue to reopen.

See ya on the speedway!
