The Wandering Goose has officially reopened on Washington’s Olympic Coast

We all know that the pandemic hit many restaurants hard and led to the closure of some of Seattle’s OG favorites like The Wandering Goose. But now that things are steadily picking up again it’s time for new beginnings. Get excited, because The Wandering Goose is back in a new and very unique home.

The beloved Capitol Hill establishment that served up some of Seattle’s favorite southern dishes has found a new home at the old Tokeland Hotel. Now where the heck is that? Good question. The Tokeland Hotel is located on Washington’s scenic Olympic Coast and it happens to be the oldest hotel in the state. So that means it might just be time to book a little vacation.

Best of all you don’t have to wait for a grand opening because as of Monday, November 1st, The Wandering Goose is open. When you visit you’ll be able to nosh on your old faves as well as seasonal specialties that highlight the hidden coast of Tokeland. Some of the listed menu items include Eggs Benedict, Fried Rockfish Sandwich, Chicken Fried Pork Chop, and many other delicious items. Plus you can expect some of the old restaurant’s charm thanks to the fact that the Tokeland Hotel is from the Victorian Era.
