The Traitors Canada is casting right now & here’s how to apply

Do you have what it takes to be on season three of The Traitors Canada? Well, it’s your lucky day because casting for its upcoming season is now open. That means you have a chance to win big bucks.

The hit CTV unscripted competition series brings together 20 Canadians to play, what they call “the ultimate murder mystery.” These everyday Canadians can win a cash prize of up to $100,000.

The game is pretty straightforward, players compete in a series of missions to build and win the cash prize fund. But there is a catch. Amongst the “Faithful” contestants are Traitors who will try to trick you, manipulate your minds and eliminate the Faithful players. “If the Faithful contestants banish all Traitors, they will share the final prize, but if a Traitor makes it to the end, they get to walk away with all the money,” states the show in a press release.

You’ll experience all of this while living in a historic manor in Montréal. How lovely!

Can anyone apply for The Traitors Canada?

According to casting, as long as you’re between the ages of 19 to 99, you can apply. You must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Canada to apply to compete.

When will this season of The Traitors Canada be filmed?

It is scheduled to be filmed in the first two weeks of July 2025. “Participants will need to leave their everyday commitments and fully commit to production for up to 14 days to be determined by Producer, in its sole discretion,” shares casting.

What are the requirements for photo/video submissions?

Although there are no special requirements, production asks that filters be avoided. Photos and videos do not need to be professionally shot and edited.

Just make sure to turn your phone sideways and hold it horizontally to shoot. Landscape mode ensures that you’re in the full frame. When capturing your content, ensure that you have some great lighting and that your surroundings are quiet. Don’t add background music or exceed 90 seconds for your Introduction Video.

Can I apply more than once? How will I know if I get it?

Only the first application received will be considered. You will be contacted directly by a member of the casting team by phone or email.
