You’ll recognize the mansion from very early on in the very first season of Schitt’s Creek. It’s actually the place where the Rose family lived before they lost everything and had to move to, in Catherine O’Hara’s character’s words,  “the slice of paradise I like to call… the town where I currently am.”

The home is situated in the Bayview and York Mills area and this part of Toronto is very much known for its luxurious properties. In fact, it’s mere minutes from the home of 6ix legend Drake, who famously built a $100M compound next to another Canadian legend, Gordon Lightfooot.

It’s got amazing perks like a home theatre, wine cellar, billiard room, fitness room, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and more. Dang! We see why the Rose’s were so upset about their move now!
