Despite wildfire smoke and a mixed bag of weather, the movie-making magic continues in Calgary! Earlier this week, two beloved actors were spotted doing what they do best and we even got a sneak peek behind the curtain.

Directed by Justin Kurzel (The Turning, Macbeth) The Order is based on the non-fiction book ‘The Silent Brotherhood’ by Kevin Flynn and Gary Gerhardt and will star Jude Law (The Holiday, Sherlock Holmes) and Nicholas Hoult (The Menu, X-Men).

As seen in the photos above, this film will be action-packed and will follow an FBI agent struggling to prove a group of radicals are the ones behind a string of Idaho-based robberies and thefts.

According to the Alliance of Canadian Cinema, Television and Radio Artists (ACTRA), filming began in early May and will wrap on the 29th, so keep your eye out!

While there have been fewer sightings of 33-year-old, Hoult, Law was photographed late last month with a fan In Drumheller, another popular filming location within the province.
