‘Quality over Quantity’ is not a workout mantra you hear every day. As anyone who’s had to do a gazillion reps of the same exercise will agree. So, when we came across a fitness studio that did follow this mantra, we were intrigued. The fitness studio in question— The Method YYC.

Like any fitness studio, The Method offers 50-min group workouts that target complete fitness. But unlike others, The Method has a form-focused approach to exercise. The idea is to get people to do real workouts that give real results.

What we mean by real workout is that the exercises are done in the correct form. Like we said, quality over quantity!

To ensure that your form is perfect, they have a team of expert coaches, who are supportive and inspiring at once. They really get you through the whole session.

So, they offer six different classes. Each focuses on different movements and body parts. No matter your age or your fitness level, they have a session for you.
