It’s almost that time of the year again when twinkling lights brighten our nights and hot chocolate becomes a daily ritual. If you’re just as excited as we are, then read this. The sixth annual Merry Market in London, Ont., is set to return bigger and better than ever.

Mark your calendars for Nov. 27 as the largest growing free holiday market in London will open its doors for the holiday season. Like every year, the beautifully restored Kellogg Lane factory will transform into a twinkling wonderland filled with the best of the holidays.

What to expect

The popular event is known for hosting its local vendors, elaborate photo ops, decor, and 35-foot Kellogg-themed tree. And of course, expect a live performance at the annual tree lighting.

On top of that, this year, for the first time ever, the Merry Market has been extended for a fourth weekend.

“This year, we will also be utilizing the third-floor space, The Century Centre, which is fully accessible,” shares organizers. “We will have vendors, the Prosecco Pit, and a Bar. The Century Centre patio will also be open so guests can overlook the Courtyard lights.”

Though you can check out the market on any of its other days, we do recommend stopping by on opening day for the tree lighting ceremony. This will take place at 5:30 p.m., so get there early to get a great spot.

In years past, the event has featured warm and tasty beverages for sale that you can sip on while you browse for gifts

Though we’re still a few weeks away, we can’t help but get excited for what’s to come.
