In April we found out that you’ll be able to attend a music festival with live music this fall. It’s called Freakout Festival and while that seemed a little crazier last month it’s still kinda hard to believe. After all, none of us are used to normal concertgoing times at this point. But if you plan on attending you should be excited because the lineup was just announced.

If you’re unfamiliar with Freakout Festival, it’s been around since 2013 and is produced by independent record label Freakout Records. The festival features all sorts of bands from the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Plus it’s a great opportunity to support many of Ballard’s small venues which have been closed for well over a year now. Some of the venues participating include The Tractor, Sunset Tavern, and more.

Now the wait for the lineup is over and you can go ahead and start purchasing festival passes. You’ll be able to see artists like Cedric Burnside, Liz Cooper, The Seeds, and many many more. You can opt for a two or four-day pass with VIP or GA options. Honestly, with how long it’s been since we’ve all been able to attend a music festival, the four-day pass is probably in order.

If you’d like to learn more about Freakout Festival or snag tickets, you can click below. Normally we’d warn that things could change but we’re feeling pretty optimistic about this one happening. So get out there and treat yourself to some live music this fall.
