The show is as adorable as it sounds.
According to producer Michael Rubinoff, “The Last Timbit is a heartwarming new musical.”
The new musical sees the characters making the best of hard times, inspired by a blizzard in Sarnia, ON in 2010 “that saw dozens of strangers seek refuge at a Tims for nearly 24 hours during white-out conditions.”
Whether you remember hearing about this storm or not, you can now experience it first-hand.
“The Last Timbit” is taking to the Elgin Theatre in Toronto between June 26-30 with tickets on sale this Friday, April 26th at 8:00 AM.
“Great musical theatre is telling compelling stories. Every day across the country, millions of Canadians come together at Tim Hortons where life’s stories unfold,” said Rubinoff.
“‘The Last Timbit’ is a celebration of that community connection that will surprise and delight audiences with its heart and humour.”
The musical also comes as a celebration of Tim Hortons’ 60th anniversary this year.
Don’t forget to grab your tickets on Friday, and maybe a box of Timbits too!
