If you have yet to find your favorite croissant in Seattle, that might change for you. The French Guys are here, yes, that’s the name of Seattle’s newest authentic French Bakery. Here’s where to find it and a look at what you can expect from the menu.

The French Guys get around and you can regularly find them at farmers markets across the city – 8 in the city and 2 on the east side. During the summer on Wednesdays, you’ll find them in Wallingford and Columbia City, on Thursdays, Queen Ann and Bellevue, on Fridays Madrona and Phinney, and in Issaquah on Saturdays.

You can also find them at year round markets including in the U-District on Saturdays and in Ballard and West Seattle on Sundays.

Now, the big news here is the brand new store front that just opened on Capitol Hill.

The brick and mortar location is open mornings from 7 AM to 3 PM on from Wednesday to Sunday. You’ll find a pastry menu with items like croissants, tarts, baguettes, bread loaves, madeleines, you name it. If it’s a French pastry, they probably make it.

You can also grab various espresso drinks making it a great place to stop by either before work or on the weekends. Enjoy!
