So in case you’re living under a rock and need a little rundown, Kim’s Convenience is one of the city’s hottest sitcoms. It’s been garnering laughs all over since its first episode aired back in 2016. But sadly, it was just announced the show is ending after five glorious seasons.

But don’t worry folks! If you buy this awesome property you can hold on to the TV magic forever. The actual convenience store that this show called home is located on Queen St East, just west of Parliament St. It’s part of the Moss Park community, and has quickly become a city staple.
Inside the store, you’ll find pretty much exactly what you’d expect. It’s a convenience store, so it’s got, ya know, convenience stuff. Ahh, just picture running the place as its new owners just like Kim family does in the series!
As for the actual specs? You’re looking at 1680 square feet of floor space in the fully air-conditioned business. The place has been run successfully for the past 35 years by its current owner, who is giving up the spot to retire.
So there you have it! The Kim’s Convenience shooting location could be all yours to the tune of $198,000. Which, given its prime downtown location, is honestly kind of a steal.
