Calling Canadian ladies looking for love! Joey’s season of “The Bachelor” has come to an end and a new season of “The Bachelorette” is around the corner. In the world of reality TV things work ahead, meaning the hit reality show is casting for the following season of “The Bachelor” – and residents in Canada can apply.

First things first – you’ll need to fill out an application and make sure you’re eligible to do so.

The requirements to apply are as follows:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age,
  • All applicants must be legal residents of the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec).
  • Applicants may not presently be a candidate for any type of elected political office.
  • All applicants must have a passport valid for one (1) year following the submission of the application and must be able to obtain any visas and/or documentation required to: a) travel without restrictions to and from the United States and b) travel without restrictions to and within the European Union.
  • All applicants must be single.
  • Applicants must never have been convicted of a felony or ever had a restraining order entered against them.
  • Neither the applicant, nor any member of the applicant’s immediate family (parents, siblings, children) may be an employee, officer or director of Warner Media, LLC, Next Entertainment, Inc., NZK Productions Inc. (“Producer”), American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., known major sponsors of the Program, any station initially airing the Program, any entity associated or affiliated with the Executive Producers of the Program and/or their respective parents, subsidiary and affiliated entities.

Once your application is complete, print it off and check the casting calls section of the The Bachelor’s website for an upcoming casting call in a city near you.

It’s that easy! There is also a section where you can nominate someone else for the experience.

While a new “Bachelor” won’t be picked until the upcoming “Bachelorette” season ends, it’s still a perfect opportunity to put yourself out there.
