This spring is going to be dino-mite, especially if you have an interest in the land long before time.

Featuring true-to-size animatronics, fossils and fun – Dinosaurs: The Exhibition is coming to the Telus World of Science in Edmonton and it’ll be an imaginative event of epic proportions.

Described as an immersive experience, this life-like exhibit will be fit for all ages and showcase the Triassic, Jurassic, and Cretaceous Periods.

“Hear the dinosaurs roar, see them move, and compare how you measure up!” they explained. “It’s a roaring good time as you discover over 10,000 square feet of dinosaurs from around the world!

From the Triceratops to the Tyrannosaurus rex, get up close and personal with some of your favourite creatures, stand next to the massive 65-foot Diplodocus skeleton replica, and check out an Edmontosaurus skull cast – a relic with an Alberta and Edmonton connection.

You’ll also be encouraged to embark on your own “paleontological journey” with real tools, such as brushes, awls, and picks.
