Calling all Swifties! There’s a listening party in Edmonton for the new Taylor Swift album

Calling all Swifties! Taylor Swift may not be coming to Edmonton, but we have the next best thing to celebrate her upcoming album! In honour of the April 19th release of “The Tortured Poets Department,” The Starlite Room is hosting an album listening party. And here are all the details!

Taylor Swift announced her upcoming album during a Grammy’s acceptance speech in February, following up with a social media post reading, “All’s fair in love and poetry… New album THE TORTURED POETS DEPARTMENT. Out April 19.”

Why not bask in the glory of the new album among other fellow Swifties?

“ATTN: All Edmonton Swifties, on Friday April 19th, we’re having an important department meeting regarding Taylor’s new album,” states the event. “DJ Josh is spinning Taylor’s bangers, deep cuts + tracks from The Tortured Poets Department. ”

Not only is it a listening party, it is also a dance party! Of note, this event is 18+.
