Abbotsford’s first-ever fall food festival is launching this September & here’s when

If you’re looking forward to pumpkin spice season and all things autumn, we’ve got some exciting news to share. Taste of Abby is Abbotsford’s first-ever fall food festival, and it’s launching in early September!

Folks can celebrate the best of the harvest season with this unique farm-to-table experience. Think live music, a variety of food-related events, tasting menus, and limited-edition creations. Oh, and the event is an evening market – so folks can expect to sip on local wine and handcrafted beverages as well!

“Treat your palate to Abbotsford’s rich history, culture and cultivations at this premiere celebration in the beautiful Fraser Valley.”

Eats & drinks

Guests can expect to see representation from a variety of local restaurants, breweries, wineries, and distilleries. With artisanal vegan and gluten-friendly plates from The Table Bistro to pub fare (and a pretty extensive tap list) from Townhall Abbotsford, there are plenty of tasty eats and flowing drinks to go around. And of course, dessert in the form of Banter Ice Cream and Sinamen Bun Co.

Throughout the week, the restos at Taste of Abby will feature new, locally-sourced menu items. And if you have a hard time deciding, you can always grab a couple of biodegradable Picnic-To-Go-Packs and enjoy a little bit of everything.

Other upcoming Abbotsford experiences to look out for include an art & wine walk, a block party with food trucks, and more here.

And that’s all for now, folks! Don your cozy sweaters and get ready to stretch them out as you eat your way through Abbotsford’s dining scene.
