Spring is a time of renewal, and there’s no better way to dive into the vibrant season ahead than with some hot-cold cycling at one of Vancouver’s Nordic spas. Some good news? North Vancouver’s TALITY spa and kombucha is launching a new spot for cold plunging in Mount Pleasant this spring!

In a new post, TALITY introduces its newest partners, Hamish Calder and Piers Martin, who are taking the brand’s popular spa experience to a “stunning new location in the heart of Mount Pleasant” – a location that no doubt will become a hotspot in the local wellness community.

The new spa joins two other TALITY locations in North Vancouver and a private spa in Kelowna. Note that the Shipyards location is currently closed for renovations, but is on track to reopen on Saturday, April 6th.

Like the other spa locations, the Mount Pleasant spa will offer guests unlimited kombucha on tap, and will come equipped with a hot sauna, ice baths for cold plunges, and lounge area.

And if the classes offered at the other spas are any indication, cold plungers in Mount Pleasant can look forward to a mix of community, private, and guided sessions. So whether you’re new to the experience and looking for extra guidance, or ready to share sauna and cold plunging with friends, TALITY has you covered.

Location & info

In a message with Curiocity, a representative from TALITY shares that the Mount Pleasant location is slated to open this spring (likely in June) at 107 East 3rd Avenue.

The spa will open on the fifth floor, which features a large wraparound patio.

Stay tuned for more info as it comes, including an anticipated opening date and special offerings.

Happy cold plunging!
