The only thing better than pancakes? $1 pancakes! Sunset Grill is holding its annual Pancake Tuesday fundraiser in Ontario, where guests can enjoy delicious buttermilk pancakes for a loonie.

The $1 Pancake Tuesday fundraiser will take place across all Sunset Grill locations in the province. A $1 contribution will be made to the Canadian Cancer Society from each Sunset Grill pancake sold with the donations funding important research and programs for people affected by cancer and their families in the country.

According to Sunset Grill, there is no limit to how many $1 pancakes you can order, so load up your plate for a good cause.

“Sunset Grill has always been dedicated to giving back to the communities we serve,” said Angelo Christou, founder and CEO of Sunset Grill Restaurants Ltd.

“Now entering our 14^th year, our Pancake Tuesday fundraiser is an event we very much look forward to as it brings people together in support of such an important cause.”

While the $1 pancake deal is just for Sunset Grill’s standard buttermilk pancakes, you can customize yours for an extra charge. Pancake toppings such as dark chocolate chips, fresh strawberries, strawberry preserves, whipped cream, pure Canadian maple syrup and chocolate hazelnut spread are all available on the day of the fundraiser.
