Toronto’s annual waterfront festival, Sugar Shack TO returns this March with its maple-filled event featuring comfort foods, interactive activities, and performances.

For two days, March 9th and 10th, the popular festival will take over Sugar Beach, transforming it into an all-things maple destination.

Attendees can expect two Sugar Shacks with Ontario maple taffy, a warming station with bonfires, maple sugaring demonstrations, a show by Winter Circus Lumberjack Tim Burr, and much more.

In previous years, the event held live ice sculpting demos however as the weather has been slightly warmer, and expected to last through March, that may not be in the cards this year for Sugar Shack TO.

However, there are still a lot of things to see and do.

Take part in a list of interactive activities from Waterfront Toronto and pop-up classes from Unity Fitness.

Sugar Shack TO is free to attend and an absolute must before winter ends.

Bring your friends, family, and even your friendly pup. Dogs are welcome at the event but make sure to keep them on a leash.

We’ll see you there!
