Watch out PSL, there’s a new fall-themed Starbucks drink in town. The Apple Crisp Macchiato is now on the menu in Canada and the U.S. to give you an early taste of autumn. You can get this limited-time drink hot or iced, so you can enjoy it two ways as we trade our shorts and t-shirts for boots and scarves.
This new Macchiato is a comforting blend of apple and brown sugar flavours, “melding like the filling of a gooey apple pie,” says the drink’s description. It’s blended with espresso, steamed milk and caramelized-spiced-apple drizzle. Sounds like the perfect pick-me-up for an afternoon of apple picking.
Starbucks unveiled its fall menu on Monday, complete with three pumpkin spiced baked treats, Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and, of course, the beloved PSL. You can get your autumn bevvy of choice with non-dairy milk, an extra shot of espresso, and your preferred amount of whip if you’re not about those calories.

You can also put a twist on some of your go-to Starbucks orders, by requesting Pumpkin sauce in Chai, Cold Brew or Nitro. And when you really want to treat yourself, you can pair it with a Pumpkin Scone, Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin or Pumpkin Loaf.
Saying goodbye to summer never gets any easier, but we’d be lying if we said we don’t look forward to the changing leaves and crisp air. Bring on the sweater weather!
