This dream job will pay you to attend the Stanley Cup Finals & eat hot dogs

Calling all hockey fans and hot dog enthusiasts. You can apply to be an official NHL hot dog tester and get paid to watch the Stanley Cup Finals live while sinking your teeth into some tasty franks.

The dream job opportunity is being provided by OnlineGambling.ca and the lucky candidate will get paid a whopping $4,000 for the strenuous task of eating hot dogs and watching the big game.

“We’re looking for someone with a big appetite to become our official NHL Hot Dog Tester,” says the job posting.

However, if you were hoping to slack on the job, we should tell you now that you’ll be put to work!

As the official hot dog tester, you’ll be required to provide a full review of your experience.

That includes rating the following criteria out of 10:

  • Presentation of the hot dog
  • Quality and texture
  • Deliciousness rating
  • Size of the meal
  • Queue time for the hot dog
  • The atmosphere in the stadium

But don’t worry, you’ll be compensated handsomely for your efforts.

As part of the gig, you’ll be given a complimentary ticket to the Stanley Cup Finals match worth $2,500, plus a food and drink budget of $250 and a travel budget of $250.

You’ll also be thrown an extra $1,000 for any other costs you may encur, such as accidentally purchasing a few new jerseys or a round of beer for everyone in your row.

Sounds awful, right?
