We’re about to get a brand new food hall that is completely centered on Immigrant and Refugee business. In fact, it’s opening today! And while it’s in Tukwila, Spice Bridge is absolutely worth the visit. Because you’ll get to support small business owners and dine on some delicious food.
Spice Bridge was launched by the nonprofit Food Innovation Network. This nonprofit runs a Food Business Incubator Program which provides rent subsidies, permit help, marketing advice, and more. And Spice Bridge is another way in which they’re making business ownership a reality.

The new food hall is located inside of the Tukwila Village development and is starting with 4 food stalls. And 4 more will be coming this October! But what’s even cooler is that when this hall is finished it will have about 20 businesses and a communal eating area.
