Shrink Wrap “is a luxury infrared heat therapy studio” and they offer individual sweat sessions using their fancy pod-like equipment. And we have to say this experience will probably be a lot more relaxing than your regular community center sauna. Not to mention, there are a whole host of supposed benefits to infrared saunas.
