Chances are that you know somebody who adopted a furry friend during the pandemic. Or maybe that person is you. Regardless, Rover just released its annual dog and cat named data. And you might be surprised to see which names ended up being most popular in Seattle.
We found the list pretty funny because people name their pets the same thing. It doesn’t really matter if they own a dog or a cat, the popular names remain the same. For example, the top male dog names are Charlie, Max, Cooper, Buddy, and Milo. And when it comes to female dogs, the names are Luna, Bella, Lucy, Lola, and Daisy.

Now get this, when it comes to male cat names, the names are Oliver, Charlie, Milo, Max, and Simba. As for female names they are, Luna, Lucy, Cleo, Bella, and Kitty. See the similarities? But Rover also included some new and upcoming names. Seattleites also named their pets things like Tesla, Totoro, Draco, and Rainier.
