If you’re a fan of Indian cuisine you’ve probably tried the beloved Capitol Hill spot Spice Waala. But for North Seattleites, we get that traveling to the hill is kind of a trek. So in some good news, Spice Waala is opening a Ballard location!

The new location is set to open in January in the previous Boar’s Nest location. You’ll be able to grab all of your favorites for takeout including Kathi rolls, chaat, and more! And while the space is small, it’s pretty much perfect for the future trend of takeout and delivery-centric food.

Plus they will continue to operate their Bhojan program in Ballard. And if you didn’t know, this program gives 100 meals each week to families in need around the area. So not only will it be good for foodies but also for the community.
