From popular doughnuts, to a Michelin Recommended spot, here are five Seattle restaurant openings to look forward to in 2024.

If you know Voodoo Doughnuts, you’ll understand our excitement for this one and it’s why we are kicking off the list with it! According to an to a post by the popular shop, the purveyor of highly decorated doughnuts is opening a brand new location on Capitol Hill’s Pine Street. The new location will join the chain’s 20 other businesses which are located across the nation in states like Oregon, Colorado, Texas, and Tennessee.

Beloved Filipino fast food chain Jollibee is officially opening a new restaurant in Seattle!
In a statement shared with Curiocity, the company said the Seattle location will be located in Rainier Valley and is projected to open in the second half of 2024. That being said, as the restaurant is still in the planning stage, it was mentioned that the build-out timeline is subject to change.
Currently, there are two Jollibee locations in Washington, which is located at the Southcenter Mall and at the Tacoma Mall.

The uniquely Italian-American dining and entertainment venue has a projected mid-2024 opening date.
If you’re unfamiliar with Pinstripes, they are a chain currently operating 14 venues around the US in states like Texas, Illinois, and California. It will have bowling lanes, bocce courts, and a host of outdoor seating options. When it comes to food, diners will find Italian-American food like wood-fired pizzas and seasonal gelato as well as a curated wine list, rotating craft beers, and an assortment of cocktails.

Opening this spring as their first autonomous store, Bad Chancla is brining “our love letter to millennial immigrants and first gen Latinx Americans.” Once open, it will have an all electric kitchen serving lunch and dinner.
According to Bad Chancla,”The menu will be a simple and delicious mix of bodega style sandwiches, rice bowls, fresh juice and cold sides.”

After first opening in Flushing, NY, Jiang Nan has 9 other locations in the US and another coming soon to Bellevue. As one of the only Chinese Fusion restaurants on the 2022 Michelin Recommended List, we’re excited to see this space open, bringing its signature dishes like the Peking Duck, and Xiao Long Bao (soup dumpling).
