Sure it’s fall but we’re always in the mood for ice cream. Especially now that Wallingford gem Yoroshiku is serving a delicious kind of soft serve that might not be available anywhere else in the nation. We’re talking about Hokkaido-style soft-serve.
Yoroshiku’s owner Keisuke Kobayashi has tried a lot of soft serve. But none of them have been quite like the delicious soft serve that he’s used to in his home of Japan. So he decided to open Indigo Cow and show us all just what we’re missing.

Now you don’t have to go far to get your hands on this delicious treat because the soft serve shop is actually inside Yoroshiku. Right now, the shop serves just one flavor and that is Hokkaido milk. It’s what gives this soft serve its delicious flavor and Kobayashi wanted to make sure folks got to taste it in all its glory.
Now if you’re a fan of flavors, get excited because rotating monthly special flavors are on their way. You can soon expect to see flavors like matcha, black sesame, and yuzu. But here’s the deal, due to demand, there are only 300 servings available daily so you might have to wait a bit to try. Either way, get out there and give it a go and if you’d like to learn more you can click below.
