Believe it or not, you can buy a real house on land in Seattle for under $500k. At $424,950, this 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is a great option for someone looking for a smaller house. At 1,510 square feet its small but comfortable and as it has such a simple layout, there’s plenty that you can do to make it yours.
