At 1,510 square feet its small but comfortable and as it has such a simple layout, there’s plenty that you can do to make it yours.
Here’s a condo thats pretty big for the price. For $465K you can own your very own 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1,137 square foot condo. It’s much more like a townhouse than a condo and even has unique details like a wood burning fireplace.
Here’s yet another condo with extra space for even less. For $425K you can snag a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. It’s white and bright and with a simple and open floor plane there’s plenty to do to make this space yours.
