This Scandinavian spa-inspired Airbnb in Ontario is a cozy getaway spot

Colder days are fast approaching and what better way to warm up than at a spa? This Scandinavian Airbnb in Ontario is like having a private Nordic spa in your own backyard.

Described as a “one-of-a-kind Scandinavian experience,” this newly-built tiny home comes with an outdoor sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge, which are meant to be used in a specific order as part of the Nordic ritual to “stimulate mental, emotional, spiritual and physical rejuvenation.”

“Surrounded by the tranquilness of the forest is the meditation space – improve focus, concentration and lower stress,” the description says.

Between relaxing with your private amenities, enjoying the nature views on the property, and wandering around the nearby lake, you’ll feel the stress melt right off of you. The home also comes with yoga mats for you to use.

At night, you’ll rest your head on the king-sized bed in the loft bedroom. The home sleeps two people comfortably but can accommodate three people as well.

Everything you need for a weekend stay will be provided when you arrive. All you will really need is clothing, food, and gear to explore the outdoors.

It’s worth noting that getting to this cabin in the winter can be challenging. Guests are asked to drive up in a vehicle that is either AWD or 4×4 capable.

The area is also prone to heavy snowfall in the winter, and there’s always a slight chance that you may get snowed in depending on when you visit. And while the idea of it definitely sounds cozy, you’ll want to be prepared and equipped.

Now that you know what to expect, you can book your stay on Airbnb right here.
