Remembrance Day is just around the corner.
Coming up on Tuesday, Nov. 11, Remembrance Day is dedicated to honouring the achievements and sacrifices of those who served our country in times of war and peace. We’ve rounded up everything that will be open and closed on the holiday, including City services and places around Edmonton.
As for ways to commemorate the holiday, the City of Edmonton will be holding a ceremony at City Hall. You can also visit the Loyal Edmonton Regiment Military Museum, which will be holding an open house for the entire week and will be open to the public on Remembrance Day.
Have a meaningful Remembrance Day, Edmonton, and lest we forget.
