You can create your own jewellery at a LGBTQ+ friendly studio in Toronto

REBE77E is a proudly LGBTQ+ friendly studio in Toronto that blends handmade sterling silver jewellery with creative hands-on workshops in a space built for self-expression and inclusivity.

The studio, located at 2515 Yonge St., specializes in 925 sterling silver jewellery with nature-inspired and contemporary designs, with pieces ranging from minimalist rings to bold statement necklaces, occasionally adorned with lab-created gemstones or finished with gold vermeil accents.

The studio’s butterfly logo symbolizes fragility, transformation, and strength, and is a theme that runs throughout all of its products and reflects the deeper stories behind each piece.

Beyond its jewellery line, REBE77E offers immersive workshops where you can create your own custom silver jewellery, candles, or lip products.

The Silver Clay Workshop lets you mould, set, fire, and polish raw silver into meaningful keepsakes for yourself or loved ones, with packages ranging from $99 to $269.

The Candle Lab workshop lets you blend premium waxes and scents to create your own custom candles, with sessions ranging from $149.99 for two people to $269 for four people. The Lip Lab offers you the chance to mix textures and shades for a personalized lipstick for $59, a custom lip gloss for $39, or a custom lip balm for $29.

The founder of REBE77E, Gimme, tells Zoomer that she initially began crafting jewellery just for herself and her close friends.

“I’ve always been drawn to quiet, tactile forms of self-expression —art, texture, and natural materials. Jewelry felt like the perfect medium: small, intimate, and powerful. I started by crafting pieces for myself and friends, and soon realized how deeply jewelry connects people to memory and identity,” she explained.

“I wanted to create a space where design speaks on behalf of the wearer—something thoughtful, emotional, and lasting.”

The studio is proudly LGBTQ+ friendly, offering gender-neutral sizing and an inclusive space for people to express themselves freely.

“REBE77E is all about self-expression in a safe, welcoming environment. We are proudly LGBTQ+ friendly, and our workshops are open to all identities and relationships,” Gimme said.

“Many LGBTQ+ couples have come to create their own commitment rings here —quietly, joyfully, and freely. We offer gender-neutral sizing and creative flexibility because love and identity deserve to be seen in all their forms.”

Aside from its one-of-a-kind jewellery and workshops, the studio also features seasonal artist collaborations and pop-ups.
