Love dining solo but feel a little self-conscious? A new ramen spot just soft-opened in Vancouver that not only offers diners the chance to dine in individual-style booths, but has $10 bowls on the menu. Yes, you read that right!

Now open from 11 am to 11 pm (last call at 10:30 pm), Ramen One on West Broadway has already been described as “super affordable,” “a lovely place to have a private meal,” and “a must-try for ramen lovers” since opening, according to Google Reviews.

With noodles that are “bursting with flavour,” the restaurant is bringing together the beauty of solo dining with traditional ramen recipes with a modern twist.

The ramen bowls you can get for $10 include:

  • Spring onion oil noodles
  • Tofu soy milk ramen
  • Chashu soy milk ramen
  • House chashu rice

In addition to ramen, the restaurant serves onigiris (shiso, pork floss, and shredded chashu) for $5.95 a pop, and cheese tarts and ice cream for dessert.

Conveniently located across from Broadway City-Hall station, the new ramen joint is the ideal spot to pop in and out of the next time you’re hit with a ramen craving.
